Job Description: Housekeeping hospitality

• Taking reports of day to day from field officers at Morning and Evening & ensure proper operations on time.

• Manpower deployment for new & existing sites.

• Need to arrange daily wages & relievers.

• Meeting up with clients and understand their expectations and complaints if any (Once in week).

• Weekly review meeting with operations team for making strategies for resolving issues.

• Taking Responsibility to overall operations.

• Coordinate with other departments for any labour related issues.

• Control on site wise material over consumption.

• Take overall responsibility for systems and standards.

• Studying all reports and coming up with solutions.

• Site surveys and giving inputs to marketing team for new clients.

• Focus on collection of payment should be on time.

• Give reports to CEO for day to day operations on time
