We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our Housekeeping team. The role involves managing day-to-day housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards, vendor management, audits, and team supervision to deliver the best cinema experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage invoices of personnel services & consumables.
✅ Arrange manpower requirements & forecasting.
✅ Maintain high standards of cleanliness & hygiene.
✅ Supervise daily housekeeping operations & audits.
✅ Handle vendor negotiations & cost management.
✅ Train, supervise & monitor team performance
✅ Ensure timely resolution of HK complaints.
Graduate / Post Graduate (Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred)
🔹 3–5 years’ experience in Housekeeping/Service/Hospitality/Retail industry
🔹 Proficiency in MS Office
🔹 Strong leadership & team building skills
🔹 Excellent conflict resolution & relationship management
🔹 Good communication skills & fluency in English
