· Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness & hygiene of the property
· Responsible for Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
· Monitor staff on a daily basis
· Check Cinema and common areas, including Auditorium, stairways and lounge areas for cleanliness
· Responsible for Scheduling shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
· Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
· Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
· Responsible for arranging personnel requirements as per forecasting
· Respond to customer complaints and special requests
· Responsible for Monitoring and replenish cleaning products stock & Keep Stock inventory for adequate supplies
· Ensure timely replacement and refilling of essentials liquids, towels, tissue papers and toilet paper at different interval
· Responsible for vacuuming carpets, dusting and polishing furniture as per schedule
· Responsible for Invoice Management of personnel services and consumable cost
· Responsible for positive scores in internal & external audits
· Responsible to control attrition & absenteeism at cinema level
· Responsible to monitor & upkeep of property , agency assets at cinema level
· Responsible for making rosters & schedules of reporting staff
