Position: Housekeeping Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration & Staff Management
Supervise and manage 4th-class staff (housekeeping, helpers, peons).
Allocate duties, monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
Coordinate duty rosters, leaves, and replacements.
2. Facilities & AMC Management
Manage Lift AMC, servicing, breakdowns, and licence renewals.
Oversee DG Set operations, AMC, servicing, and fuel management.
Ensure Air Conditioner AMC, periodic servicing, and repairs.
Coordinate all electrical works, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
3. Statutory Compliance & Renewals
Ensure timely licence renewals, safety certificates, and compliance records.
Maintain documentation for:
Lift licence
Electrical safety
Fire safety (if applicable)
DG pollution & service records
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination
Liaise with vendors for AMC, servicing, and repairs.
Negotiate service contracts and ensure quality & timely delivery.
Maintain AMC schedules and payment follow-ups.
5. Security & Safety Supervision
Supervise security guards and ensure proper duty adherence.
Monitor office safety, access control, and emergency preparedness.
Conduct routine inspections of office premises for safety hazards.
6. Infrastructure & Premises Management
Ensure smooth functioning of:
Power backup
Lighting
Water supply
Office equipment & utilities
Report and resolve infrastructure issues proactively.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of:
AMC contracts
Service logs
Vendor bills
Staff attendance
Submit periodic reports to management on facilities status.
