· Event Setup and Breakdown: Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure timely setup and breakdown of event spaces, maintaining cleanliness and organization during and after events.
· Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas, including kitchens, dining rooms, and restrooms. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleanliness issues.
· Training and Development: Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Provide ongoing training to ensure the team is well-equipped to maintain cleanliness standards.
· Customer Interaction: Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any housekeeping-related concerns or requests.
· Shift Coordination: Coordinate housekeeping schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and events. Assist in managing breaks and shift rotations for the housekeeping team.
