The Facility Executive – Soft Services is responsible for overseeing and managing all soft service operations at the site, ensuring high standards of housekeeping, sanitation, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and client satisfaction. The role requires strong coordination, people management skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure daily housekeeping activities are carried out as per schedule.
Monitor cleaning quality across all site areas (office floors, washrooms, cafeteria, common areas).
Maintain checklists, schedules, and daily reports for housekeeping operations.
Oversee soft services staff such as housekeeping, pantry, and support staff.
Coordinate with vendors for manpower availability, uniforms, attendance, and performance.
Ensure training of staff on grooming, customer service, hygiene, and safety.
Coordinate with the food/catering vendor for quality, service, and complaint resolution.
