Sourcing and Recruiting:
Identifying and attracting candidates:
This involves using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find potential housekeeping staff.
Screening applications:
Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for the role.
Conducting interviews:
Performing phone screens, in-person interviews, and potentially skills assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Coordinating interviews:
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Hiring and Onboarding:
Making job offers: Extending offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
Managing the onboarding process: Collaborating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Ensuring compliance: Adhering to legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Other Responsibilities:
Tracking recruitment metrics:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
