Responsible for supervising and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness across guest rooms and public areas. Ensures smooth daily housekeeping operations, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction.
Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.
Inspect rooms and public areas for quality and hygiene.
Maintain inventory of linen, cleaning materials, and guest supplies.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly.
Ensure adherence to hotel standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
2–5 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory role.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety, and housekeeping systems.
