Core Responsibilities:
General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning spills.
Sanitation: Scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Bed Making: Changing bed linens and towels, and making beds.
Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling.
Supply Management: Restocking toiletries, cleaning products, and linens, and managing inventory.
Equipment Care: Cleaning, disinfecting, and storing cleaning equipment.
Reporting: Notifying managers of necessary repairs, damages, or lost and found items.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Time Management: Efficiently completing tasks within schedules.
Discretion: Respecting guest privacy, especially in hospitality settings.
