About the Role

We are looking for Housekeeping Attendants to join the team at Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat. This is a residential/live-in position, with staff dormitory accommodation and meals provided.

The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, restaurant areas, public spaces, pathways, and other resort facilities to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising.

• Make beds, change bed linen, and replenish guest toiletries and amenities.

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms, glass surfaces, fixtures, and other guest areas.

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, lobby, pool area, banquet spaces, pathways, and common areas.

• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely as per resort SOPs.

• Report maintenance issues such as leaking taps, damaged fixtures, electrical faults, etc. to the supervisor.

• Respond to guest housekeeping requests promptly and courteously.

• Maintain housekeeping supplies and follow FIFO inventory practices.

• Support the Housekeeping Supervisor during weekends, events, and periods of high occupancy.

• Follow all resort standards for hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and guest service.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality housekeeping preferred.

• Candidates with relevant housekeeping experience may also be considered.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene practices, and cleaning chemicals.

• Physically fit and comfortable with active housekeeping duties throughout the day.

• Willing to live on-site at the resort in staff accommodation.

• Comfortable working weekends and holidays as required in a resort environment.

• Basic communication skills in Hindi or Marathi.

• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
