Job Description

Raghav Vilas (Hotel), Varanasi is hiring 2 Housekeeping Staff Staff for long-term employment (minimum 8–12 months preferred).

We are looking for responsible, punctual, and hardworking staff who want stable income and regular work in a clean and respectful hotel environment.

Work:

Cleaning guest rooms and bathroom (bedsheets change, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, toilets cleaning)
Common area cleaning (corridors/lobby)
Refill toiletries/amenities, maintain hygiene standards
Report any damage/maintenance issues to supervisor
Follow hotel cleaning checklist & standards

Shift Timings

Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 9:00 AM
(Shift start/end may vary by ±1 hour based on work requirements)
Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off (6 working days)

Salary Details

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹1,000 (attendance + good performance)
Total Monthly Earnings: ₹8,000 – ₹11,000
✔ Salary paid on time every month

🧹 कार्य (Work):

गेस्ट रूम और बाथरूम की सफाई
(बेडशीट बदलना, झाड़-पोंछ, पोछा लगाना, बाथरूम व टॉयलेट साफ करना)
कॉमन एरिया की सफाई (कॉरिडोर / लॉबी)
टॉयलेट्रीज़ / सुविधाओं को रीफिल करना और स्वच्छता मानकों को बनाए रखना
किसी भी नुकसान या मेंटेनेंस समस्या की जानकारी सुपरवाइज़र को देना
होटल की क्लीनिंग चेकलिस्ट और स्टैंडर्ड्स का पालन करना

⏰ शिफ्ट टाइमिंग:

डे शिफ्ट: सुबह 9:00 बजे – रात 8:30 बजे
नाइट शिफ्ट: रात 9:30 बजे – सुबह 9:00 बजे

(काम की ज़रूरत के अनुसार शिफ्ट शुरू/खत्म होने का समय ±1 घंटा बदल सकता है)

🗓️ साप्ताहिक छुट्टी: 1 रोटेशनल वीकली ऑफ (6 दिन काम)

💰 सैलरी विवरण:

फिक्स्ड सैलरी: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 प्रति माह
इंसेंटिव: ₹1,000 तक (अच्छी उपस्थिति + अच्छा प्रदर्शन)
कुल मासिक कमाई: ₹8,000 – ₹11,000

✔ हर महीने समय पर सैलरी दी जाएगी
