Job Description

Raghav Vilas (Hotel), Varanasi is hiring 2 Housekeeping Staff Staff for long-term employment (minimum 8–12 months preferred).

We are looking for responsible, punctual, and hardworking staff who want stable income and regular work in a clean and respectful hotel environment.

Work:

  • Cleaning guest rooms and bathroom (bedsheets change, dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, toilets cleaning)

  • Common area cleaning (corridors/lobby)

  • Refill toiletries/amenities, maintain hygiene standards

  • Report any damage/maintenance issues to supervisor

  • Follow hotel cleaning checklist & standards

Shift Timings

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 8:30 PM

  • Night Shift: 9:30 PM – 9:00 AM
    (Shift start/end may vary by ±1 hour based on work requirements)

    Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off (6 working days)

Salary Details

  • Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

  • Incentives: Up to ₹1,000 (attendance + good performance)

  • Total Monthly Earnings: ₹8,000 – ₹11,000
    ✔ Salary paid on time every month


Who can apply:

  • Experience in hotel/guest house housekeeping is a plus (freshers can also apply if hardworking and loyal)

  • Must be comfortable with room & bathroom cleaning
