Job Description

Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust rooms and common areas.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and amenities.
Replenish toiletries, drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, and other guest amenities.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals within the required turnaround time.
Handle guest requests politely and promptly, such as providing extra towels or pillows.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and report faulty tools.
Keep housekeeping carts organized and stocked with supplies.
Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
Work closely with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
