Role Summary:
Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring the overall hygiene and appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

• Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms meet hotel standards.

• Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.

• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, lobbies, and service areas.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques.

• Attention to detail and time management.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks.

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage.
