Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, drinking water, tea/coffee, and tissues.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before guests arrive.
Respond promptly to guest requests, such as providing extra towels or pillows.
Handle lost-and-found items according to company procedures.
Follow health, safety, and infection-control guidelines.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning tools, and inventory of supplies.
Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments regarding room status and guest needs.
