Clean and make guest rooms, including beds, floors, bathrooms, and other areas.
Change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
Replenish toiletries, drinking water, stationery, and other guest amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize room surfaces.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, mirrors, and fixtures.
Check rooms for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance issues.
Report maintenance problems and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Follow hotel standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and room presentation.
Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Respect guest privacy and follow hotel security procedures.
Respond politely to reasonable guest requests and provide good customer service.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Office regarding room status.
Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
