Job Description

Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
Making beds and changing bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies.
Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting floors, furniture, and fixtures.
Replenishing toiletries, towels, drinking water, and other amenities.
Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
Reporting maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to supervisors.
Inspecting rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
Handling lost and found items according to company procedures.
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and following health and safety guidelines.
Responding politely to guest requests and providing excellent customer service.
Keeping housekeeping carts stocked with necessary cleaning supplies.
Following daily cleaning schedules and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
