प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ (Hindi)

अतिथि कक्षों (Guest Rooms), वॉशरूम, कॉरिडोर एवं सार्वजनिक क्षेत्रों की सफाई और रखरखाव करना।
बेड तैयार करना, बेडशीट एवं लिनेन बदलना तथा अतिथि उपयोग की आवश्यक सामग्री (Amenities) को पुनः भरना।
निर्धारित क्षेत्रों की डस्टिंग, वैक्यूमिंग, झाड़ू, पोछा एवं सैनिटाइजेशन करना।
सभी कमरों एवं सामान्य क्षेत्रों में कंपनी के स्वच्छता एवं हाइजीन मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
मेंटेनेंस संबंधी समस्याओं, क्षतिग्रस्त वस्तुओं तथा Lost & Found सामान की सूचना तुरंत सुपरवाइज़र को देना।
हाउसकीपिंग उपकरणों एवं सफाई में उपयोग होने वाले केमिकल्स का सुरक्षित एवं सही तरीके से उपयोग करना।
हाउसकीपिंग सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना तथा सफाई सामग्री के स्टॉक का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
स्वास्थ्य, सुरक्षा एवं संक्रमण नियंत्रण (Infection Control) से संबंधित सभी नियमों का पालन करना।
अतिथियों की आवश्यकताओं एवं अनुरोधों का विनम्रता से उत्तर देना तथा समय पर सेवा प्रदान करना।
हाउसकीपिंग सुपरवाइज़र द्वारा सौंपे गए दैनिक सफाई कार्यों को समय पर एवं गुणवत्ता के साथ पूरा करना।
