Housekeeping Room Attendant
Location: Lonavala
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
Make beds, replace linen, replenish room amenities, and ensure proper room presentation.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Handle guest requests professionally and coordinate with other departments when required.
Follow proper procedures for lost & found items and housekeeping equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th/12th pass preferred.
Previous hotel/resort housekeeping experience will be an advantage.
Good grooming, discipline, and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.
Good communication and guest-service skills.
