Job Summary

Steadfast Limited is hiring a Housekeeping Associate for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production/shop floor area. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning production floors, machines, and epoxy flooring while ensuring a safe and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the production area and shop floor.

• Cleaning production machines and equipment.

• Cleaning and maintenance of epoxy flooring (Appoxi flooring).

• Removing dust, waste material, oil, and debris from the production floor.

• Ensuring proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.

• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively.

• Following company safety and hygiene guidelines.

• Reporting any damage, leakage, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th Pass.

• Experience in housekeeping or industrial/soft floor cleaning preferred.

• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning activities.

• Basic understanding of industrial housekeeping practices.

• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

Skills Required

• Attention to cleanliness and detail.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Time management skills.

• Good work ethic and responsibility.
