Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled Housekeeping Associates with experience in 3-star and 5-star hotel environments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and service guest rooms, washrooms, and public areas.
Ensure daily replenishment of amenities and linen.
Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel SOPs.
Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
Support in deep-cleaning tasks and special assignments.
Provide courteous guest assistance as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
12th Pass / Diploma in relevant field.
Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience.
Exposure to 3-star / 5-star hotels or resorts preferred.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
Basic communication & guest service skills.
