We are looking for a Housekeeping Associate to join our team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹14,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobby and other common areas as assigned.
• Replenish room amenities and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the supervisor/management
• Handle guest requests related to housekeeping professionally.
• Maintain proper housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure rooms are ready within the required time for guest check-in.
• Assist with laundry and linen-related activities when required.
• Maintain professional behaviour and respect guest privacy at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 5 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
