Job Description (JD)

Shalom Backpackers Jaipur mein hum ek Housekeeping Associate ki talash mein hain jo hamare hostel ko hamesha clean, hygienic aur comfortable banaye. Aapka kaam hoga rooms, washrooms, beds, restaurant aur outdoor areas ko spotless aur welcoming banana – taki har guest ka stay yaadgar bane.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Kaam):

Rooms Cleaning: Daily guest rooms aur dormitories ki safai karna, dusting, sweeping, mopping.
Washroom Cleaning: Toilets, showers aur sinks ko proper hygiene ke saath clean karna.
Bed Making: Bedsheets change karna, beds properly banana aur fresh linen ensure karna.
Outdoor Cleaning: Hostel ke outdoor areas (common spaces, balcony, garden, entry area) clean aur presentable rakhna.
Restaurant Cleaning: Café/restaurant area ki safai, tables aur chairs wipe karna, floors aur counters spotless rakhna.
Inventory Care: Cleaning supplies aur linen ka sahi use aur dhyaan rakhna.
Team Support: Dusre housekeeping staff aur front desk ke saath milke kaam karna for smooth operations.

Requirements (Jo hum dhoondh rahe hain):

Basic housekeeping experience preferred, but fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain.
Cleanliness aur hygiene ke standards maintain karne ka passion.
Hardworking, punctual aur responsible nature.
Thoda Hindi/English samajhna – training hostel mein milegi.
Positive attitude aur guest-friendly approach.
