Job Description
A Housekeeping associate cleans and maintains guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort by tasks like making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking supplies (linens, toiletries), reporting maintenance issues, and following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas (lobbies, lounges).
Bed Making & Linen: Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and other guest supplies.
Surface Care: Dust, polish furniture, and vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Inventory & Stocking: Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products in rooms and common areas.
Guest Service: Respond to guest requests, provide courteous service, and maintain discretion.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling.
Teamwork: Coordinate with other staff, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude.
Required Skills

Key Requirements
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Experience
1+ years of experience as a Housekeeping associate in hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments preferred.
