Job Summary
The Housekeeping GSA is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and overall condition of guest rooms and assigned public areas. The GSA ensures that guests receive a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment while following hotel standards and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
• Make beds and replenish room amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and other areas.
• Attend to guest housekeeping requests.
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments.
