Job Description

Clean and maintain office premises, reception areas, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantries, and common areas.
Ensure sales offices, sample flats, and project sites are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize floors, furniture, windows, and other surfaces.
Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, drinking water, and pantry items as required.
Collect and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Facilities or Administration team.
Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely.
Assist in preparing meeting rooms and event areas when required.
Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support special cleaning activities during inspections, client visits, or company events.
