Housekeeping Associate

Cleaning and sanitation

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

• Collect and remove trash and debris from rooms. 

Room and linen maintenance

• Change bed linens and towels.

• Make beds and ensure rooms are properly set up.

• Restock amenities like toiletries, soap, and drinking glasses. 

Supply and equipment management 

• Maintain and restock housekeeping carts and storage areas with supplies.

• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock.

• Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working order and properly stored. 

Reporting and compliance

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to management.

• Follow all health, safety, and company protocols.

• Handle and turn in any lost and found items. 

Customer service

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

• Respond to guest requests promptly.
