Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Support Senior GSAs and Team Leaders in implementing daily housekeeping operations.
Conduct routine room and public area inspections under guidance.
Supervise OJTs and support their on-the-job learning.
Assist in inventory management and ensure proper usage of housekeeping supplies.
Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
Report operational issues or deficiencies to Senior GSAs or Team Leaders.
