Job Description

Room Maintenance: Execute the "Bloom Room" standard by cleaning and disinfecting guest rooms, replacing linens, and replenishing amenities with precision.
Public Area Shine: Maintain the lobby, elevators, and corridors to ensure the first impression is always "bright and yellow."
Inventory & Care: Manage floor pantries and ensure housekeeping carts are stocked and organized. Treat all hotel equipment and guest belongings with the utmost respect.
Guest Interaction: Act as a friendly face for the brand. Handle guest requests (extra towels, pillows, or water) with speed and a "can-do" attitude.
Reporting: Promptly report any maintenance issues (leaks, flickering lights, or broken tech) through our internal reporting system to ensure 100% functionality.
