The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
•Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities.
•Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows as needed.
•Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and presentable condition.
•Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
•Follow proper procedures for handling and using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
•Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with guests and colleagues.
•Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
•Ensure timely completion of daily room assignments and other cleaning tasks.
•Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
•Collaborate with team members and other departments for seamless service delivery.
