Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the common areas of our residential complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe environment for all residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize common areas including corridors, staircases, lobbies, elevators, clubhouses, and community halls

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly

• Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, windows, doors, and light fixtures in common areas

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas

• Refill and maintain supplies such as toilet paper, hand wash, etc. in common restrooms

• Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, lighting, etc.) to the supervisor promptly

• Assist in setting up community areas for meetings or events as required

• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

• Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition

• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Physical stamina and mobility to perform manual tasks

• Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions

• Knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation standards
