Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and supervise housekeeping operations at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections of work areas.
Ensure proper usage and availability of housekeeping materials and equipment.
Manage attendance, shift schedules, and staff performance.
Coordinate with the client and management regarding housekeeping requirements.
Handle complaints and ensure timely corrective action.
Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports.
Train housekeeping staff on safety, cleaning procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure all housekeeping activities are completed as per company and client standards.
Required Skills:
Good communication and leadership skills.
Experience in housekeeping/facility management.
Ability to manage a housekeeping team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/report preparation.
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused.
