We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at 5 Star Hotel. BKC Bandra Mumbai.
In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will play a vital role in maintaining reputation for quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Restock and replenish guest supplies and amenities
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and team members.
Assist in other housekeeping tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the department.
