Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Hostel Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations
Manage room allotments, attendance, and resident records
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
Handle resident queries, complaints, and conflict resolution
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of hostel premises
Monitor food services and coordinate with mess/catering staff (if applicable)
Ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness
Report issues and submit regular updates to management
