Job Description

🧹 1. Guest Rooms

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms

  • Bed making and linen change

  • Bathroom cleaning and sanitization

  • Replenishing amenities (toiletries, water, tea/coffee)

  • Reporting maintenance issues

🏨 2. Public Areas

  • Lobby, reception, corridors

  • Elevators and staircases

  • Public washrooms

  • Restaurants, banquet areas

  • Parking areas

🧺 3. Linen & Laundry

  • Washing, drying, ironing hotel linen

  • Managing bed sheets, pillow covers, towels

  • Uniform laundry

  • Linen inventory control

🧴 4. Cleaning Equipment & Supplies

  • Handling cleaning chemicals safely

  • Using machines (vacuum, scrubber, etc.)

  • Stock control of housekeeping supplies

🛏️ 5. Room Attendant Services
