हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ – पूर्ण टीम (Full Staff)

कार्य विवरण (Job Description):

हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ अस्पताल परिसर को स्वच्छ, सुरक्षित एवं रोगी-अनुकूल वातावरण प्रदान करने हेतु जिम्मेदार होंगे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

1. अस्पताल के सभी वार्ड, ओपीडी, आईसीयू, ऑपरेशन थिएटर, कैबिन, गलियारे एवं प्रशासनिक क्षेत्र की सफाई।

2. बिस्तर, चादर, परदे, तकिए, वर्दी आदि की धुलाई एवं बदलने की जिम्मेदारी।

3. कचरा संग्रहण, सेग्रिगेशन (बायो-मेडिकल व सामान्य कचरा) एवं सुरक्षित निस्तारण।

4. शौचालय, बाथरूम और वॉश बेसिन की नियमित सफाई व सैनिटाइजेशन।

5. रोगियों के वार्ड में स्वच्छता, पानी एवं बुनियादी सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।

6. डॉक्टर, नर्स और अन्य मेडिकल स्टाफ के सहयोग से स्वच्छता मानकों का पालन करना।

7. डिसइंफेक्शन और सैनिटाइजेशन कार्य समय-समय पर करना, विशेषकर संक्रमण रोकथाम के लिए।

8. अतिथियों एवं रोगियों के प्रति शालीन एवं सहयोगी व्यवहार रखना।

योग्यता (Eligibility):

• न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 8वीं / 10वीं पास (अस्पताल अनुभव वालों को वरीयता)।

• स्वच्छता, अनुशासन एवं समयपालन की आदत।

• टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता।

अनुभव (Experience):

• अस्पताल या होटल/संस्थान में हाउसकीपिंग का अनुभव वांछनीय।

• संक्रमण नियंत्रण एवं सेफ्टी प्रोटोकॉल का ज्ञान हो तो विशेष लाभ।

कार्य समय (Working Hours):

• शिफ्ट अनुसार (सुबह, दोपहर, रात)।

• सप्ताह में 6 दिन कार्य, 1 अवकाश।

रिपोर्टिंग (Reporting To):

• हाउसकीपिंग सुपरवाइज़र / अस्पताल प्रशासन।
