Housekeeping House Keeping Staff

The Office Boy / Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office, assisting with pantry services, supporting day-to-day office operations, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize office areas on a regular schedule.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required.

Keep the pantry clean and ensure adequate stock of pantry supplies.

Refill drinking water, tissues, hand wash, and other consumables.

Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation and disposal.

Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.

Support office staff with photocopying, filing, document movement, and other basic administrative tasks when required.

Receive and distribute courier deliveries, parcels, and office mail.

Monitor housekeeping materials and report replenishment requirements to the administration team.

Ensure office furniture, fixtures, and equipment are kept clean and presentable.

Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.

Follow company safety, hygiene, and security procedures.

Perform any other office support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

Minimum education: High School (10th/12th Pass) or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or office support is preferred.

Basic understanding of hygiene and cleaning practices.

Ability to communicate politely with employees and visitors.

Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.
