House Keeping Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across office areas, workstations, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring comfort for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors daily.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

• Dust furniture, windows, doors, and work areas regularly.

• Refill hygiene supplies such as handwash, sanitizers, tissues, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness in pantry, corridors, and reception areas.

• Report any damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

• Follow safety and cleanliness standards set by the company.

• Assist during office functions or special cleaning activities.

• Maintain proper record of cleaning duties (if instructed).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8th or 10th Pass

• Must be able to read and write in Hindi and basic English

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred (factory/office/hospital/hotel)

• Physically fit and able to work for long hours

• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined

• Good hygiene and personal cleanliness

Working Conditions:

• 6 Days a Week

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• May require overtime occasionally

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)

• Uniform and cleaning materials provided

• Meal or tea facility

• Overtime pay for extra working hours
