Responsibilities:
Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and service stations.
Sanitation: Clean and sanitize surfaces, tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
Waste Management: Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
Supplies Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed.
Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols, using personal protective equipment as necessary.
Guest Experience: Contribute to a positive guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and public areas.
