Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Make beds and replace bed linen, towels, and other room supplies.
Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
Refill toiletries and other housekeeping amenities.
Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
Keep cleaning equipment and housekeeping stores clean and organized.
Report maintenance problems, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
Respond politely to guest requests and provide assistance when required.
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
Complete assigned tasks within the required time.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
