House Keeping Staff

We are looking for a House Keeping Staff For Ajmer Near Relwaiy Station to join our team at Total Solution Industry to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• A) Housekeeping Services:

  Up keep of the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire property and its

  surroundings. Adopt safe and secure practices for cleaning.

  a. Public Area:

  Check all public areas against area checklists and see that they meet the

  standards of cleanliness stipulated.

  15 ft Outside Compound Walls On Sides abutting Road:

  1. Sweeping with hard broom.

  2. Watering of plants.

  3. Removal of posters on walls or Telephone/electric box etc.

  b. External Area Within compound :

  i. Plantations:

  1. Watering of plants.

  2. Cutting and hedging for fixed height

  3. Remove dried leaves.

  4. Sweeping with hard broom

  ii. Porch & Driveway:

  1. Wash and scrub

  2. Check watchman’s mop.

  3. Passage

  4. Door mat

  5. Check all Lights

  6. Check Neon Sign

  iii. Driver/Staff Toilet:

  1. Toilet cleaning as per guest bathroom excluding supplies.

  c. Internal Areas:

  i. Lobby:

  1. Sweep, dust and mop - three times a day.

  2. Wipe plant leaves.

  3. Check shoe polish machine.

  4. Check water cooler.

  5. Clean Light Fittings

  6. Sweep and mop inside of lift.

  7. Check lifts indicators.

  8. Check all lights and phones

  9. Remove worn out sticker

  ii. Atrium Roof:

  1. Roof Sheets to be spotlessly cleans.

  2. Check for cracks

  3. Check whether all nets held in position with hooks.

  iii. Atrium Area in the Lobby :

  1. Sweep, dust and mop - three times a day.

  2. Follow guest room procedure

  3. Check lights.

  4. Clean all Tables and Chairs.

  iv. Passages :

  1. Clean staircase landings

  2. Clean photo frames

  3. Clean light fittings.

  4. Check and clean lights and phones.

  5. Clear dustbins and ashtrays.

  6. Remove cobwebs

  7. Check lifts indicators.

  8. Check and clean fire hose reel and box.

  v. Ladies/Gents Toilet :

  1. Follow guest toilet procedure.

  2. Check soap dispenser.

  3. Provide liquid soap.

  4. Check tissue paper dispenser and supply

  5. Check and provide Toilet Roll

  6. Gents urinals – 1 naphthalene ball.

  vi. Lift and lift chamber Cleaning :

  1. Check light and fan

  2. Check all panel and alarm

  3. Dust and mop flooring.

  vii. Solar Panels :

  1. Clean glass spotlessly clean for solar absorption’s.

  2. Check pipe cladding.

  viii. Terrace :

  1. Wash with water pipe

  2. remove any loose material

  3. Check dish antennas.

  4. Check water leveler.

  ix. Water tank :

  1. Drain out all water.

  2. Stop inlet valve.

  3. Scrub complete inside.

  4. Clean water leveler and ball cock.

  x. House keeping room and pantry

  1. Sweep, dust & mop - 2 times a day.

  2. Remove cobwebs

  3. Check lights and fans.

  4. Daily pesticides.

  5. Empty dustbins.

  6. Update the notice board in house keeping.

  xi. Basements:

  1. Hard Broom both Basements

  2. Water scrub area once a week

  3. Dewater the complete area

  4. Mop the Lower Basement daily

  xii. Safety Precautions:

  Develop safety conscious habits and keep yourself and out of

  hospitals. Incase of a fire, ring up the exchange, giving your name and

  designation and the size of the fire and also the type and the place.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
