House Keeping Staff

We are looking for a House Keeping Staff to join our team at Tot Schools Learning Solutions Private Limited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.

• Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.

• Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively.

• Apply cleaning chemicals safely as per guidelines.

• Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the concerned department.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.

High-Level Sanitization (Health & Safety)
In an environment where germs spread rapidly, "clean" is the bare minimum; "sanitized" is the goal.
• Toy Disinfection: Rotating and deep-cleaning toys daily using non-toxic, child-safe sanitizers.
• High-Touch Point Cleaning: Scrubbing doorknobs, light switches, cabinet handles, and railings multiple times a day.
• Bodily Fluid Protocols: Executing specialized cleaning procedures for "incidents" (vomit, blood, or diaper leaks) following strict biohazard safety protocols.
2. Specialized Area Maintenance
Each zone of a daycare has specific requirements:
• Food Prep Areas: Ensuring kitchenettes or bottle-prep stations are crumb-free and meet industrial food safety standards.
• Diapering & Bathrooms: Deep cleaning changing stations after every use and ensuring bathrooms are scrubbed and restocked throughout the day.
• Sleep Zones: Laundering crib sheets, blankets, and nap mats regularly to prevent the spread of allergens or skin irritants.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
