Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking, disciplined, and energetic Utility Associates to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant and cloud kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting the kitchen team, handling dishwashing, and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and wash kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, dining area (if applicable), and utility section.
Mop and sanitize kitchen floors regularly.
Dispose of waste according to company hygiene and safety standards.
Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks such as washing vegetables, carrying ingredients, and organizing supplies.
Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
Support unloading and storing deliveries when required.
Follow Food Safety, Hygiene, and SOP guidelines at all times.
Assist the operations team whenever required to ensure smooth restaurant and cloud kitchen functioning.

Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, cloud kitchen, or catering industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
Working Hours
12-hour shift (including break)
Rotational weekly off
