We are looking for a FISH CULTURIST to join our team MAA MANAGLA TRADERS PVT. LTD. .The role includes aquaculture setting, requiring skills in fish health management, water quality monitoring, feeding techniques, and disease prevention. The position offers an in-hand salary of RS 10,000 - RS 15,000 . Key responsibilities include fish stocking and harvesting, data recording, and operating equipment. Core Skills & Responsibilities

• Fish Health and Rearing:

  Performing daily observations, identifying and treating diseases, and implementing feeding and growth strategies for different fish species. 

• Water Quality Management:

  Monitoring and adjusting water parameters like temperature and pH to ensure optimal conditions for fish. 

• Aquaculture Operations:

  Stocking and harvesting fish, managing ponds, and operating mechanical equipment like grading devices. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintaining detailed records of all fish culture activities for operational and research purposes. 

• Disease Prevention and Control:

  Implementing preventative measures and treatments to control diseases and parasites.

• Teamwork:

  Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure the overall success of the aquaculture operation. 

• Problem-Solving:

  Identifying issues, recognizing critical process components, and adapting to new challenges.

  The minimum qualification for this role is 10TH and 1 YRS TO 5 YRS EXP Range . Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
