Job Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest pods/rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Change bed linen, towels, and other guest amenities.
Handle housekeeping supplies and maintain adequate stock.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
Follow daily cleaning schedules and hotel hygiene standards.
Assist guests politely whenever required.
Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene of housekeeping equipment.
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping/hospitality is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Good communication and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit and comfortable with housekeeping duties.
Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
