Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Keep office, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry clean daily

2. Serve tea/coffee/water to staff & visitors

3. Maintain pantry stock, report shortages

4. Dust furniture, mop floors, empty dustbins, clean toilet

5. Photocopy, scan, file documents as directed

6. Move files/registers between departments

7. Collect/deliver courier, bank work, post office runs

8. Arrange meeting room: chairs, projector, water.

9. Guide visitors to reception/meeting rooms

10. Inform concerned employee of visitor arrival

11. Report AC, lights, plumbing issues to Admin

12. Switch off lights/AC/fans when not in use and after office hours

13. Purchase small office items from local market

14. Assist in office shifting/arrangement

15. Any other task assigned by Admin/HR
