Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, tea/coffee items, and water

Public Area Maintenance

Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, and restrooms
Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues immediately

Laundry & Linen Handling

Collect, sort, and deliver laundry and linens
Ensure proper handling of soiled and clean linens
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas

Safety & Compliance

Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene policies
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures
Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards

Guest Interaction

Greet guests politely and respond to requests promptly
Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
