Job Summary
Zaitoon Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the restaurant premises. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across dining areas, kitchens, washrooms, offices, and common areas.
Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained as per company and food safety guidelines.
Conduct regular inspections of all areas and take corrective actions where required.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
Coordinate with restaurant management regarding maintenance issues and cleanliness requirements.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and grooming standards.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and attendance reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality establishments.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping operations.
Experience in managing and motivating housekeeping teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
