Key Responsibilities:
1. Sweep and mop all floors (dining, kitchen, storage areas) regularly during shifts.
2. Wash and sanitize cooking vessels, utensils, and equipment after use.
3. Clean kitchen counters, tables, shelves, and workstations to maintain hygiene.
4. Help cooks with basic kitchen support like fetching ingredients, passing utensils, or preliminary cleaning.
5. Maintain garbage disposal routines — proper segregation and timely disposal.
6. Perform deep cleaning of storage and cold storage areas weekly or as instructed.
7. Follow all Saptingala food safety and hygiene protocols (gloves, head caps, etc.).
