House Keeping Staff

We are looking for a House Keeping cum Patient Care to join our team at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms, wards, and common areas

• Clean and sanitize beds, floors, furniture, and medical equipment surfaces

• Change bed linens, towels, and ensure proper waste disposal

• Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and basic comfort needs

• Support patients with feeding, bathing, grooming, and toileting (as required)

• Monitor and report any patient discomfort or unusual symptoms to nursing staff

• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and patient care materials

• Follow hospital hygiene, safety, and infection-control protocols

• Coordinate with nurses and other staff for smooth patient care operations

• Ensure a safe, clean, and comforting environment for all patients

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 3 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
